Offer agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement is an official proposal (public offer) of the online platform aeter.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude an agreement with any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the terms set out below.

1.2. AETER is an information platform that provides access to chemical compounds and innovative solutions for personal biohacking and improving the quality of life.

1.3. Legal status of products: All products presented on the Site are not medicinal products within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On Medicinal Products". The products are positioned as compounds for personal research (Research Use Only) and biohacking. 1.4. The Seller does not carry out pharmaceutical activities, is not a pharmacy and does not provide medical services or consultations.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the ownership of the products (compounds) presented in the aeter.com.ua catalog, and the Buyer undertakes to pay and accept the order.

2.2. The information on the site is provided for informational purposes only. The buyer assumes full responsibility for studying the properties of the compounds and the consequences of their use.

3. Registration and payment

3.1. Acceptance of the offer is the payment by the Buyer via payment instruments on the Site.

3.2. Payment processing is carried out by third-party services (Stripe, etc.). The Seller does not collect payment card data.

4. Delivery and transfer of risks

4.1. Delivery is carried out by the logistics operator "Nova Poshta".

4.2. The Seller guarantees the conformity of the marking and the integrity of the packaging at the time of transfer to the carrier.

4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the package.

5. Returns and quality guarantees

5.1. Given the specifics of the products (chemical compounds for research), goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

5.2. The Seller guarantees the authenticity of the origin of the compounds from the declared manufacturers. The Buyer has the right to verify the authenticity through security elements (QR codes) directly upon receipt.

5.3. Claims for damage are accepted only if a corresponding Act is drawn up in the presence of a representative of Nova Poshta.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's health, as well as for any side effects or results obtained as a result of using the products.

6.2. The Buyer confirms that he is aware of the status of the product as not being a registered medicine, and uses it at his own discretion and risk.

6.3. The Seller is not responsible for improper storage of the compounds after they are received by the Buyer.

7. Final provisions

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her age (18+) and legal capacity.

7.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If this is not possible, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
