Shipping and Returns

1. Delivery across Ukraine

All orders are processed within 12–24 hours after payment confirmation via Stripe.

• Logistics partner: Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta to the branch, post office or by courier to the specified address.

• Delivery time: Usually 1–3 business days.

• Cost: Calculated according to carrier rates. For orders over [specify amount, if applicable], delivery is free.

• Confidentiality: Your order is securely and discreetly packaged. We understand the importance of privacy, so the specific purpose of the drug is not indicated on the packaging.

2. Receipt and inspection of goods

Since SunSci Pharmaceutical products are supplied in Ready-to-Use format (sterile syringe pens), we strongly recommend:

1. Check the integrity of the outer cardboard packaging directly at the Nova Poshta branch.

2. Verify authenticity: Each package contains a holographic sticker and a security QR code. You can instantly verify the authenticity of the product on the official SunSci LLC website.

3. Age restriction: Goods are sold exclusively to persons over 18 years of age.

3. Return Policy

The product belongs to the category of goods that, due to their properties, cannot be exchanged (returned) if they are of proper quality.

We cannot accept the product back after it has left the carrier's office for the following reasons:

• Compliance with temperature conditions: We guarantee proper storage in our warehouses, but we cannot control the conditions after the goods are transferred to the customer.

• Sterility: Any breach of the seal or opening of the box makes the syringe pen unsuitable for further use.

Exception : A return is possible only in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the device itself (syringe pen), provided that this was recorded in the inspection report directly upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch.
